Since we were traveling with teenagers and the room with 2 queen beds was too small for us, we were able to upgrade it to 2 rooms with one king size bed each. Thank you for this upgrade. „Familienzimmer mit Schlafsofa war sehr sehr klein, kurz an die Rezeption und ohne Schwierigkeiten bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer mit zwei Queen Betten. Bei Freunden von uns war das dass selbe. Frühstückt sehr ausreichend und lecker, das gesamte Personal ist mega freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei nächsten Aufenthalt in Toronto kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder in Riu Hotel “
