„Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Front beach house. While the building is a bit dated, the unit is updated, beautifully decorated in beach decor and exceptionally clean. Host was quick to respond to questions. We appreciated the little things that were supplied like coffee and soaps. The unit was quiet. Parking was easy and you can’t get closer to the beach. We would not hesitate to come back again. “

Olivia offered a full refund for second day, so I honestly believe she sought to do the right thing. Can't fix something unless you know about it. „Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist toll, das Studio hat tatsächlich einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Studio ist klein und müsste nicht nur geputzt sondern auch grundlegend renoviert werden. Dann würde man dafür auch noch mehr bezahlen. Für 4 Personen eher bedingt geeignet. Diese Ecke der Küste und speziell von Cocoa Beach ist nicht sehr ruhig. Nachts kann man die diversen Aussengeräusche nur übertönen, indem man die alte, sehr laute Klimaanlage rufen lässt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wohnt oben ...
