„Shenise welcomed us with a smile and was so efficient, professional and upbeat managing all aspects from check in, the bar, breakfast and evening meals and offering places to visit during our stay. The full English breakfasts were delicious and a lot of variety using good produce and would recommend. The bedroom was spacious and the large walk in shower had hot water. Loved the welcome touches of the tea, coffee, water and biscuits provided and replenished daily. “

„Fantastic seafront location, the hotel is a slight maze of stairs and corridors, but there is a lift. Our room was a good size, comfortable, quiet and very clean. Good restaurant and bar with friendly staff. We will return.“

„the only thing that stuck in my mind was at night when people walked pass the room the floorboards made a nose and it woke me up .apart from that the hotel was clean/ tidy staff were great all round good job willl come back again thank you.“

„My husband is disabled so found the superior room was awkward in the bathroom. particularly. However we hadn't told the hotel about this so can't complain. We managed & really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room & had thought upgrading to a superior room would have given us more space. If we go again I won't bother to upgrade as not worth the extra expense altho' the views were lovely..“
