„Nathan was very responsive to our changing plans and understanding. Will definitely stay here on future visits to Southern Indiana.“

„I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the communication was great from start to finish. The location was perfect for me—only about 15 minutes from the airport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I felt very comfortable staying there on my own and would absolutely stay again!“

„Very clean apartment“

„Perfect size, comfortable, clean, close to U of Evansville,“

„This apartment was close to the hospital I’m currently working at. It is very inviting, clean, and decorated so well. I’ll definitely be staying again!“

„This was a great home base for our 5 day stay in Evansville. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom is enormous. We had a few hiccups on arrival but they were quickly resolved. “

„Very noisy from constant car traffic, a constant hum under 1 bedroom and people upstairs. Black mold growing in the bathroom. No hooks for wet towels or place to set suitcases. Zero pans for oven. And massive beetle by the back door one morning and one in the bedroom another morning. “

„Just what we needed! Clean and nice! “
