„I cannot recommend this property. The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. He banged on multiple doors, repeatedly knocked on mine, shouted insults and slurs, and repeatedly threatened to harm whoever had reported him. I immediately informed the hosts that I no longer ...

„This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.“

„We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!“
