„The host was very helpful. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed while we were there. The host responded quickly and resolved all the issues in a timely manner. The location was great for our purpose and the home very clean. The couch left something to be desired as far as comfort goes. The kitchen needed a little love.“

„Cleaning should be better - especially air ducts of AC have been extremely dirty! Pictures in Internet look really nice - actually it does not look that good... ;-( Bed is super old and uncomfortable Laundry detergent tabs, dish washer tabs and coffee tabs are only a few available ... as well as toilette paper... Communication with customer support was initially working after a few days this stopped entirely!?! A package of mine was lost by them... ?!“

„We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.“

„This was an apartment and the owner was strictly prohibited from renting it. They found his listing on your website and were very upset. The apartment harassed me and threatened to lock me out. They did lock me out of the main gate. They put the stickers on my car everyday, that i had to buy a razor blade to get off even though i parked in the vistor parking. They constantly knocked on the door and bothered harrased me. This was a horrible experience.“

Property was as described and host responded quickly to any messaging, though we didn't need anything. Had what we needed for these couple of days and we enjoyed one night in the pool. „This was a comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. We were in town for a horse show at the NRG Arena, and this location was very close - just 3 minutes away at non-peak traffic times. That sure was convenient when we had to come in late at night and leave early in the morning. We wish we had had more time to just relax in the apartment - the large living room would have been a great place to rest, if we could have. Maybe next year! We really hope to rent this same ...
