„Very clean, well appointed, quiet neighborhood. The manager was personal and responsive to our needs“

„Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it“

„The home was beautiful...clean and inviting. Our host was super responsive and attentive. Everything was just perfect!“

„We've had a really good time staying in this small house close to the Beach. Very good equipment in the kitchen and for the beach. Unfortunatelly some things were already broken and there was just 4 chairs (for 6 people) but since a couple of us were usually in the water we made it work out. Beach Towels are in the house, Publix very close but quite expensive so we have used our trips to restaurants to get groceries in Walmart.Since there is not a lot of restaurants open on Fort Myers Beach ...

„Bryce showed lots of hospitality, before even arriving and was quick responding to my questions. Its a perfect place for a small family 1 HUGE comfy bed and a futon pull out if needed . My son was in love with the pool . Thanx for hosting us ! We'll be back :)“

„We were looking for somewhere to stay for a few days before flying back to UK from Tampa. This house was ideal as it was equally distant from both Siesta Key and Armand Circle with the restaurants and bars and just a short Uber ride.The house was really well equipped and the neighbourhood is lovely and quiet for chilled pool days.Lovely stay and lovely hosts “

„We loved our stay here :) overall very clean! Amenities were plentiful in kitchen and for beach. Owner was very communicative. The pool was a little on green side but it was clean and warm .. I think maybe the chlorine was a little low but was still clean enough that our 13 year old took a few late night swims :)“

„Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous pool and view of the canal! We even got to see dolphins 3 of our days during the week which was an extra special surprise!!“

„Came up for a weekend get away with the family. Kids loved the pool and game room. We loved the big open living space with kitchen. Would definitely stay again. “

„We were impressed with the property. Neighbors were even nice! Not on the beach, so that was a bit of a drive, especially with traffic. But stores were nearby and the neighborhood seemed decent. Would stay here again. “

„Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, ABER für den nicht günstigen Preis Roomservice für extra 10$ pro Tag anzubieten ist weltfremd. Handtücher usw. Auf Nachfrage das ist nicht up to Date . Sonst kann man das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Frühstück auch top. “

"Don't go there! The Lady at the reception was not helpful at all and had to be told by the Manager to pick up the phone and make a call to solve a Problem the hotel booking system had caused...otherwise we would have ended up with no room even though it was already paid. The floor was sandy. The Microwave smelled like somebody had burnt something in it. All in all it was not a pleasant to stay. To bad because the setting would be very nice"

"Ein sehr tolles Hotel, wo man sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt hat. Hier gab tagsüber Kaffee und Soda gratis. Man konnte auch seine Wäsche gratis waschen. Beim Frühstück gab es mal keine Pappteller und -Becher. Das Ambiente war einfach klasse."

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Familienresort direkt am Wasser gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall noch mal dort Urlaub machen. Es waren immer ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden und man kann entweder mit dem kostenlosen Trolley oder kostenlosen Leihfahrrädern in den kleinen Ort fahren um dort zu shoppen, oder zu essen, falls man dies nicht im Hotel tun möchte."

"Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Für den Strand stehen kostenfrei Stühle, eine Kühltasche und ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. Weiterhin kann man sich kostenfrei Fahrräder ausleihen. Leider waren die Tikibar und der Pool geschlossen, was nicht bei der Buchung angekündigt wurde. Das Personal kam und aber entgegen und hat einen Preisnachlass gewährt. "
