„The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„Cute beach home close to Bean Pointe! This was our second time staying at this property. This home was perfect before, but has only gotten better with recent renovations after the hurricane in '24. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property!“

„Everything here was great from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out and the owners were super flexible and accommodating! The house itself was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds, enough space for all of us and the pool was the best! Plus you’re right on Pine with all the shops and restaurants and super close to just hop right over to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!“

„On our last night before we were to head home, the AC stopped working. They were VERY quick to come and fix it. We had a good time talking with our host and her husband. This place will be recommended for sure! If we come back to Siesta Key, I will definitely reserve this cottage again! Thanks! “

„Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board ...

„Das Haus ist genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben, auch vor Ort alles bestens gekennzeichnet mit umfangreicher Infomappe. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Gepflegtes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, besser als erwartet. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten genug Freiraum um unsere Urlaubstage zu genießen. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Bis zum Strand sind es gerade mal 5 min gewesen,Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Minigolf, Kino ...

„House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. “
