„The tile shower in my room was in poor repair. Cracked tile that had a very large caulk joint to keep it from leaking. Poor caulking around the base of shower. The looks of the shower made you not enjoy it. Loose tiles in the floor when you walked. Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed very well. “

„Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee ...

„We stayed there for one night when we visited San Antonio. The staff was real nice. The room was fairly clean although it had a slight odor probably because of the AC. Breakfast contained boiled eggs, bagels, donuts and cereals, so was quite filling. Downtown San Antonio was less than half an hour so we could visit the Tower of the Americas at night without any problems and then came back by midnight to rest. Overall, would recommend the place for family stay. Not a high end hotel but definitely ...
