„The apartment ist very nice, a lot of space, comfortable bed, big living room, good kitchen and big bathroom. Everything was clean. It's in a huge gated apartment complex but both Cardiff City and Cardiff Bay are in walking distance (20-25 min). You can also take the bus. Mermaid quay with Tesco and Sainsbury's is a 10-minute walk. Check-in was easy, I was met by a very nice member of staff who showed me how everything worked.
One thing though: there was no dishwasher, though dishwasher tabs ...

„What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town.
Room was small but delightfully decorated and lovely view of garden.
Had a bit of trouble working out the shower temp but eventually got it right!

„A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated.
Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre.
My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. “

„Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok.“

„Just needed a place to crash for myself and my party members as we are on a road trip across the UK. The cozy Cardiff cabin was the perfect comfortable spot to stop for the night in Cardiff. We found various food joints just a few blocks away. Parking right out front. A quick knock on the door and Aimee, the host, had us taken care of immediately. Extremely comfortable beds. Very warm and truly cozy. If I end up back in the area I'll definitely be staying here again. “

"Das Personal an der Rezeption ist völlig überfordert, sollten das Zimmer nochmals bezahlen. Mussten Expedia einschalten, dann ging es. Parken kostet 25 Pfund und das Parkhaus ist Mega eng.
Zimmer zur Lobby ist praktisch eingerichtet, aber man kann kein Fenster öffnen, so dass es stinkt und Klimaanlage ging nicht.
Teppich voller Flecken und Bad naja. Da sind wir von dieser Hotelkette doch was anderes gewöhnt.
Frühstück ist vorhanden, wenn auch nichts besonderes.
Waren etwas geschockt von der Umgebung. Das Shoppingcenter in der Nachbarschaft hat hochpreisige Geschäfte, aber drumherum lungern viele Obdachlose und es riecht überall nach Gras.
Dafür ist Cardiff Castle schnell fussläufig erreichbar."

"Absolut terrible check in experience. Megan should work in a prison but not at the reception of a hotel. Super rude behavior. We were early and asked if we could already check in, which she denied and told us we should come back in an hour and then ignored us. When we came back (1:30h) or so later, we were still 13 minutes early and she asked us if we would like to fill out a membership, which we denied. Then she told us we have to come back another time in 13 minutes even though our room was already ready. Then we basically had to join the end of the line which took us another 30 minutes until it was our turn again. She never told us why we needed a membership, what it costs etc.. Terrible customer experience.
The entire hotel is terribly managed. The second elevator didn’t work for the entire duration of our stay, the rooms are not very clean, sometimes you have to fill out some strange paperwork if you want to go to the gym/pool and other times no one cares.
All in all it was not a very pleasant experience staying at the hotel."
