„First, Brian was a great host and had the place set up perfectly. Everything you need like kitchen stuff, grills, fire wood, towels,etc. was there without the need to ask. He was flexible and stayed in immediate contact. The place is definitely out on its own but within 5 minutes you could be in Sutton to get essentials. Restaurants and groceries were less than 15 minutes away. For those that don’t know the area, it is just off I79 so very convenient to get in and out of. Enjoyed my week ...

„House was very nice. Owners have all normal amenities along with some other added touches such as coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. We had one issue and owner was quick to respond with a repair. The house wasvrt very comfortable. “

„The song Country Road is the perfect backdrop while driving down the scenic route to Boulder Trail Getaway. The house is wayyyy back off the main road but the tranquility of the deep woods is incredible. The house is very comfortable and (5) women had plenty of room to move around. The hot tub and great fire pit kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans and small appliances that made making meals easy. Nice gas grill too! Great vacation home.“

„My family and I traveled to Webster Springs for Christmas. My husband and I grew up in this area. The house is located about 2-3 miles from my parents, so the overall location was wonderful. The house is spacious, has the amenities that you would anticipate, plus it had quite a few things that were unexpected . Kara was wonderful to answer questions prior to the trip and the entire time we were there. We will definitely return!“

„We stay in the area regularly to visit family and we would definitely stay in this house again. The location was convenient for our needs. There were plenty of things to do at the house to keep everyone happy, even in January! One thing to note since I didn’t notice when booking, there aren’t tv’s in the bedrooms. The projector and couch in the basement was the preferred hangout space for our teens.“
