The pool is way to small and completely overcrowded - mostly with kids (just compare how small the pool is compared to the number of rooms in the three towers). This means you won’t have a sun-bed or seat, and if, you’ll just hear shouting kids the whole day. It takes 30-40 min to get a drink at the pool-bar. We asked the hotel reception if they can organize us access at some other hotel’s pool (we would have been glad ...

„Definitely not luxury, aged cobwebs in room, as well as insects. Mismatched towels/ face towels, basic Kmart bath mat. Spa had flakes coming off jets and no evidence of how it is cleaned between guests. Also in guest lounge of a night, no idea how to light the room except with the lamps, and also air con remote no where to be seen.“
