Kathy and Jim are fantastic hosts! Great communication and the cottage had everything we needed! The patio was wonderful too! We will definitely return to Cozy Cottage! Highly recommend!“

„We enjoyed a very calm an peaceful weekend. It was our 20 year wedding anniversary and we needed the time away. VRBO, however has a hot tub as an amenity and there is none with this cottage. Property manager said she had told them to remove but they haven't removed it yet. Overall it was a great weekend.“

He was very kind and helpful even when we had an incident at the lake that caused us to lose the key, he was very understanding and able to come let us in when we got back.
