They offered for us to go pay for another expensive place to move and refund us for that much. We ended up having to move because it wasn’t safe for our children to be in those temperatures. It took over 3/4 hours to pack up alone (not to mention the unpacking/moving the car etc) and moving in the sub freezing temperatures with children. They said they couldn’t help us move. ...
