Upon getting to suite, sidewalk was completely covered in ice(after asking they spread a bit of salt, still icy).basement suite was cold but after I messaged they turned the heat up. Suite was not as clean as I would expect,rugs could use some attention, blackish substance in bathroom tiles, furniture was old and worn. standard coffee maker there but only k-cups for coffee. Very basic amenities. ...
