„The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room.“

„Sheratons are generally a bit outdated after Marriott bought them. Almost like the afterthought, but this one was pretty good. We travel with dogs so we appreciate them being welcomed. There were a couple of restaurants really close that also accommodated dogs. We walked down the street for ice cream after dinner from the hotel and felt safe. The hotel itself was right on the Ohio River and we had a great view of Louisville. “

„Showed up for a big conference at another hotel that did not meet even the standard so we had to find a hotel quickly to move ten of our team members over to and Galt House turned out to be a "blessing in disguise" as one of my team members put it. Meet all of our needs and even exceeded many of our expectations since it was a last minute switch. Great service and super nice hotel! “

„The Staff are very friendly, however the hotel has some parts not in the best conditions. I had to chage rooms because of the noise of the central AC. The location is good, but a bit noisy. The CVS by the entrance is very convenient. The cleaning system is good for the environment and sacing costs, but in my case it didn't work as requested.
