„The Staff are very friendly, however the hotel has some parts not in the best conditions. I had to chage rooms because of the noise of the central AC. The location is good, but a bit noisy. The CVS by the entrance is very convenient. The cleaning system is good for the environment and sacing costs, but in my case it didn't work as requested. We also had to evacuate the hotel due to a small fire at the 5th floor. It was not a pleasant experience, but I am happy that the fire alarms worked so ...

„The location is next to the interstate, making it easy to get back and forth to Louisville. We did go down late for breakfast the first morning and they were out of pretty much everything, including coffee and the front desk attendent was on his phone and not empathetic about the situatuon“
