I was so taken by the history of the original 1887 house and the work they have done to restore it. The old Carriage house was also restored and now serves as a garage with the rental unit above it. „Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.“
