They accommodated and asked if they could take her anything, like crackers or sprite. Definitely above and beyond.“

„There was an issue with my room showing vacant after I was checked in and in my room. I was woke by staff knocking on the door I had to get dressed and go to the front desk with my ID to fix the issue I was not happy about this.“
