„Excellent stay all around!!“

„The stay was wonderful, clean, safe and without issues. Where can they Improve? Breakfast, it was not bad, but could add other options.“

„Room very nice hotel very quiet except for some street noise that quieted down after 11 pm. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Parking was across a sky bridge and was a bit awkward to cross, but still works. Obvious hotel is under staffed as front desk personnel doing multiple jobs. Was also impossible to get through to property directly on the phone.“

„My stay here at the Scarlet Hotel was for three full nights we did have ballet service for the first 24 hours, but as I was coming and going more often, I just parked across the street which is pretty convenient if you’re resourceful I loved the open space around the hotel. They were buildings but it was an architectural marvel. I was on the higher floor so I had a better vantage point. The staff was great and very beautiful every one of them. „Front desk young man was excellent!! Bathroom shower needs updating. It looks run down and old.“

„First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers,the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. I will be staying there again soon.“
