„Pros: bus stop directly across the street was a huge plus and it is free through 2025. Renovation of basement (and it was bright inspite of lower level location) done very well and decor was locally specific which we loved! Lots of books, comfy beds, hot water in the shower even with three people taking showers in a row. TV worked flawlessly. Temps in unit were perfect throughout the stay. Plenty of blankets for the beds. Cons: a bit musty yet owners did well to have a dehumidifier in the unit. ...

„The property was just as advertised, very clean and the host was wonderful! The location was within walking distance to a T station and a short drive to another T station. We’d definitely stay here again!“

„Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.“

„This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. It is very affordable, clean, and in a fabulous location, which in our minds, more than makes up for a bit of roughness around the edges. There are 2 gorgeous decks, one that is private, and one that is shared. We used both of them- what a treat!“

„Nice and spacious unit. Had one big issue. The smoke detector was missing in master bedroom. So we had to sleep in guest room. This is a violation of vrbo policy, building policy and the city building department fire code violation. Not happy about this. This should NEVER happen. “

„Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking. “

„We stayed for the weekend and were very happy. The room was clean and comfortable. Maybe a little on the smaller side for 2 people but it wasn't a big deal. The outside spaces were nice and I could definitely see us enjoying them in warmer weather (it was still on the cooler side while we were there.) The location was great, we could walk to Commercial Street in just a few minutes. “

„I booked this little place for my boyfriend's birthday celebration and we had a great time. The house was small, but was nicely appointed. We could easily walk into town to enjoy ourselves. A bonus was that it was dog friendly and my puppy enjoyed himself so very much! I would recommend this property! Thank you. “

„Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! „There were 3 of us staying in this lovely 3rd floor walk-up 2 bedroom one bath apartment/condo. The outside stairs are sturdy and strong as don’t get scared by it being a walk-up. Very spacious place. Both mattress are very comfy. The location is PRIME! You have a bar, bakery, pizza, & dumplings across the street! Bathroom was great. Spacious standup shower. The only thing I would tell the owners is after this season upgrade the shower towels (maybe alittle bigger and more dense). Also ...
