„The initial check it instruction took a minute to execute but repeated entry was very easy. The complex is gated and feels safe. The pool area is nice, people were friendly. Its not mentioned in the listing but this unit is not in the main building but the one to the left. The pool and other amenities were a short walk. The Host responded quickly to questions through vrbo messages. This unit did not have a Balcony, Deck, Patio, outdoor furniture or Fireplace, as stated in the listing. The ...

„We arrived at the condo and it smelled bad. The refrigerator had old stuff left in it. It had not been wiped out the hall closet smelled of cat urine. Every bed had trash and hair in the bed. The downstairs half bathroom had dried blood on the floor and dried urine on the lid of the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The upstairs hall bathroom tub had black dirt in it. Trash piled up outside the back door. I would never rent from this host ever again. The host said she would refund ...

„Nice stay. Address different than stated on the site. Clothes were still in the washer, and the dishwasher was not ran for the dirty dishes. But overall everything was nice and comfortable and quiet for the most part, except for during the day pool noise, hallway noise(apt right outside the elevator) and noisy above neighbors.“

Security was great, the condo was pristine and every inch (including the surprise extra bedroom nook) was well utilized. Felt like home while we were there. Communication was great. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It IS a condo, so you could hear your neighbors, but ours were quiet and it wasn’t an issue. “
