„This was a last minute booking when other accommodations fell through. Boy did I luck out! Close to UAB and the Shades Creek Greenway, it was the prefect place to stay. I enjoyed the quiet of the complex and the cleanliness of the unit. Would def stay again.“

„This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.“

However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement.
