Residential neighbourhood with easy access to The Avenue and walking distance to the city centre and Southampton Common.



Getting Around:

There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway in front of the garage. (The garage is not accessible during your stay). Parking on the street outside is restricted to one hour or permit only. We can usually loan our parking permit for the road outside for a second vehicle- just let us know in advance if you might need this.

Booking Conditions



➞ ID check and deposit: after booking, the lead guest completes a short ID check and deposit step with our partner SafeGuest. You choose either a Damage Deposit of £350 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £40 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead. Please don't send ID documents by email. I won't disturb you during your stay and you can check in at your own pace and comfort. If there is an issue with the property or your stay or you have questions, do send us a message however and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, rectifying any issues if they occur.



Please note that check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Our team is available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and helps with check-in until 9pm. Check-in closes at 9pm and there are no late check-ins. For a genuine emergency during your stay, use the emergency number in your check-in details at any time; after 9pm, leave a voicemail and it reaches our team straight away.
