„Das Zimmer ist wunderschön. Leider haben wir vorgängig keine Zugangsinfo für das Zimmer erhalten und mussten die Unterkunft telefonisch kontaktieren. Die ersten 7 Anrufen gingen auf ein automatische Ansage... danach hat es geklappt. Auf unsere E-Mail haben wir ebenfalls keine Antwort erhalten.“

„Gute Lage, man konnte alles zu Fuß machen. Tolles Appartement mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Alles sehr hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das einzige was ein wenig problematisch ist, ist das Parken. Daher unbedingt vorher Kontakt aufnehmen und sich einen Parkplatz sichern. “

„There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is. “

„Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. “

„We had a pleasant stay at this flat in Bath for two nights. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in due to a wedding we were attending, which was a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the clearly communicated lock box instructions prior to our stay. „I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend. “

„The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!“
