„This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again ...

„I couldn’t be happier with my time spent at this property. From check-in to check out I was made to feel as if the home was my own and they were helpful friends. The place is two blocks from Bayshore Boulevard, which is perfect for a run, walk, bike, night stroll, photo ops etc. Highly recommend!“

„The host was extremely nice, attentive and accommodating. The house is beautiful. My family really enjoyed our stay. We travel a lot, my husband said this was his favorite home so far. The bonus of course was the pool. We plan to be back in Tampa next year around the same time. We'll probably book this house again.“

„The property was clean, great amenities, and perfect for a quick stay the night before a cruise. Lots of restaurants in walking distance!Main bed has firm mattress, couch is very soft, lots of soft blankets, and great water pressure in the shower!Only downside (out of owner’s control) is that Ybor City does have a loud and active nightlife. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to have earplugs. “

„Studio was super clean and had everything you’d need for a short stay. Location is perfect for exploring Ybor City. A parking spot is provided a few blocks away or you can pay 12.50 to park right in front of the entrance, which was convenient and easy. They provided a box fan, probably to help with the roosters. Very reminiscent of Key West where chickens and roosters are free roaming. It’s part of the cultural experience and quite entertaining. “
