„Have been to Woolacombe many times and this was the best property we have stayed in. Comfy bed, good quality furnishings and great location within the village Only thing I was say is we used the washing machine and then couldn’t find a clothes dryer …. Maybe it’s there somewhere but we couldn’t find one “

„Zum Royal Hotel gibt es zu sagen, dass vorallem die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren, wie überhaupt die meisten Menschen in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sehe gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr abgebunden, zum einen hat man die Möglichkeit zum Kay zu laufen und dort Busse in alle Richtungen zunehmen und zum andern kommt dierkt vor der Tür Stagecoach 21a vorbei welcher einen dierkt zur weiter Reise nach Barnstable an den Bahnhof bringt. (Man muss allerdings durch winken auf sich aufmerksam machen) ...

„Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort Ilfracombe. Egal ob man auf dem Coast Trail wandern möchte, im Ort ins Restaurant will, bei Lidl einkaufen oder zu Hafen: Es ist alles fußläufig. Parken kann man kostenlos in den Seitenstraßen, wenn man bereit ist ca. 1 km weit zu laufen oder sich etwas länger auf die Parkplatzsuche zu begeben. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war preiswert aber dafür klein und mit Blick auf einen Innenhof (daher sehr ruhig). Das Hotelpersonal ...

„I searched for a property with parking, but it's only street parking. The road to the property is very dangerous to get in/out of, and parking difficult (I not a nasty note from a neighbour because I parked in front of their garden path. Wouldn't stay here again because of road and parking - but if you're not driving, it's a lovely property. Public path right along property - hope you're not bashful when in the shower!“

Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division ...
