Her communication was fantastic and very organised.The house was stunning with a gorgeous kitchen that had everything we needed.The pool was a highlight for us and our grandchildren.The property provided us with a well rested, happy and fun holiday. Stunning views of Tamborine Mountain down to the Gold Coast from the wrap around verandah. Spotlessly clean gas fire place picturesque gardens with he list goes on. We would definitely recommend Cloud9 for a most relaxing and peaceful retreat.“

„Very pleased. Lots of rooms and spaces for our large group. Games room was popular with all the kids. Plenty of seating in dining room lots of plates, cups etc for a large family. 2 big fridges a bonus! The outdoor space and pool were well utilsed.“

„The unit was a great spot to base our back to school shopping spree from. Nice spaces, clean rooms. The back deck area is wonderful! Lots of friendly local bird life stopped by to say g'day. The pool and hot tub were great after a big day out. Our only wish was for AC in the unit. “

"Our experience at the Dorsett Gold Coast was mixed. The breakfast buffet is located in a separate building (another hotel) and was overcrowded, with only moderate quality. We were given the wrong breakfast time when we asked, and most coffee machines were out of order – only two were working for all guests. The atmosphere was hectic, and the price was not justified. The room was acceptable for a 4-star hotel but on the lower end of the standard. Service at the pool was poor. Parking is available in the neighboring building, which is close. "

"Zu Fuß von der Bahnstation erreichbar. Gute Sicht auf das Meer. Zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war okay, aber es gab zu wenig Möglichkeiten, seine Sachen unterzubringen, mussten quasi aus dem Koffer leben. Genauso nervten Raucher, die auf dem Balkon rauchten, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist, der Rauch war ständig in unserem Raum. Da sollte das Hotel rigoroser vorgehen. "
