„Very beautiful place, parking easy, bar fun. Very nice room, just missing a few things in the bath (robe hook, soap dish for the shower, mat on floor of shower (very slippery otherwise), a seat of some kind). Otherwise a terrific stay. Great neighborhood too.“

„There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back.
