"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Bed was clean, the furniture in the room was adequate, well equipped, but somewhat worn down. Rooms were not cleaned daily and fresh towels were scarce, we had to ask. The hotel is close to Chicago's Loop, reasonable daily ticket. 5 minutes walking distance and easy ride into Chicago. Parking at hotel available, saves parking fees downtown. Reasonable hotel and friendly staff. Overall room needed a thorough cleaning and some renovation. Considering the price, we saved some money by choosing this hotel."
