We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. “

Ok 30 is nothing but I just rented this place for 15,000 and you want to nickel dime me.
