This brand new 2023 home is designed with families and friends in mind, with everything you need for a memorable stay. The house is fully climate-controlled to ensure you’re comfortable in all seasons.



As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Cook up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with brand new appliances, good knives, cookware, essential spices, oils, and more. The large island is perfect for gathering around and with family and friends.



The living room is a cozy haven with a large picture window showcasing stunning views of Pomfret’s iconic hills. Curl up on the comfortable couch with a good book, or enjoy a movie night with the high-definition projector (AppleTV) and 5.1 surround sound system. The gas fireplace adds a warm and cozy touch, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Sonos speakers and warm lighting throughout create a welcoming ambiance.

This brand new home is very special to us and we take great care of it. We think you'll love it, but ask that you only rent it if you'd take care of it as if it were a good friend's house. Absolutely no parties and no smoking is allowed. We ask that guests remove shoes in the entry and only wear socks or slippers in the house.
