Simple condo
The property was pretty much as described and in the photos. The biggest issue I had with the unit was a strong, acrid odor in the unit that would not air out. It was a chemical smell that was like a really strong cleanser or an extermination chemical. Even after repeatedly opening all of the windows, it came back.
There was also an issue with the Wi-Fi. The signal that VRBO/Vacasa said I should connect to did not show up on my devices. I did call the 800 number about this and they sent a priority message to the local office.
Finally, other guests in the building (a 4-plex) had put on a party in the pool area. They left it in a mess. There were beer cans, food wrappers, clothes, used towels and about 2 pounds worth of shrimp tails in various locations around the pool area. I also mentioned this when I called about the Wi-Fi. Even though the other units are not VRBO/Vacasa managed, the local office sent a guy out in less than 30 minutes to clean up the pool area. He also sent me a photo of the router with the correct Wi-Fi address and password.
