„Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel. “

„The place and staff were amazing, very kind, happy, respectful, polite, and made us feel welcomed. It was very budget, family, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room our floor was very damp. I adjusted the AC unit to the cool and dry setting and by morning it was fine. But while it was damp it did leave some dirt/residue on socks and feet. I am not sure if it was bc of the dampness. But, it wasn't a major issue for us personally. We just wiped the floor ...

„This place was wonderful! Short walk tona market, short walk to the beach, kiterally a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean, it was spacious, it was just absolutely wonderful! Not to mention she was ok with bringing my two fur babies. If i ever get back down that way (Im from Indiana), I will definitely look this place up again! Highly recommended if you have up to 6 people staying with you!“

„Great and concise communication. The host made sure we were accommodated in any way needed. The room was clean and smelled cleaned. The ONLY complaint was the view. But I knew that when booking, BUT it’s literally on the shore! LOVED IT! “

„We stayed two nights. There was only two of us, so the room was plenty big enough. I liked that you needed codes to get in the building from the beach side, a little extra security. The pools/ hot tub was great. We rented movies from the lobby. Would stay here again!“

„Our rental was a perfect studio with a great balcony view! The studio was clean. The host was quick to respond and wonderful all around! There are a set of bunk beds too if you have children. The balcony is just above the Quarterdeck bar and grill! Perfect if you wanna listen to the music but not be around so many people! You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean! The bed has a picture window which was also nice! We were able to enjoy the sunrise ...

„I stayed here because I was looking at buying one of these in the future , but the 1 bedroom in either this building or the other villas , not the main building. I really liked staying here a lot. The main building has lots of stuff you can use too while staying here. The pool that goes inside and out is heated and I really liked that one. I did use the lazy river in front of the villa one day , it's small but nice to float around in. The day I was checking out the Shriner's had a parade ...

„Amazing Host! Phenomenal Interior! comfortable beds, and the kids games that are there is such a bonus! Has nearly everything you need to enjoy the beach that is literally 2 blocks away! The host was fast in communication, and extremely willing to help in any way she could! Would recommend, and would definitely stay again! “

"Es war am Flughafen und die Zimmer waren schmutzig. Klo Asnlage war nicht abzuschalten. Wir sind dann ins Doubltree gewechselt. War aber auch nur bedingt besser."

"Check in war so unangenehm. Die Dame (14.09.2024 um 14 Uhr) war leider nicht in der Lage uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu geben. Begründung : kann sie im System nicht einbuchten . Wir sind zum 3. und letzten mal hier. Hab mich so auf dieses Hotel gefreut. Hier und nirgendwo anders wollten wir unseren 50. Hochzeitstag verbringen. Das war wohl nix . Haben nun ein Zimmer etwas weiter gebucht. Da wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Hätten wir vielleicht nach dem Manager fragen sollen? Oder doch den 50. Hochzeitstag erwähnen? Das haben wir leider nicht getan. Wollten uns keinen Vorteil erschleichen. Aber Glück im Pech. Hier haben wir ein sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Atlantik. "
