    This new 4BR/3BA retreat features 2,500 square feet of living space and a private hot tub in the backyard. Unwind by the fireplace, or host a pool tournament in the game lounge. New furnishings and fixtures blend mountain style with contemporary design. A balcony and back porch add to the appeal.



    Your getaway is located steps from acres of forestland. Enjoy easy access to some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in the area, as well as snowshoeing in the winter months. Two area ski resorts -- Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe - are 10-15 minutes away. You're also within close proximity to golfing.



    LIVING AREA



    Cathedral ceilings soar in the Great Room, where a gas fireplace sits center stage. Watch favorite shows on the smart TV while relaxing on comfy furniture. The game lounge features a pool table that converts to a Ping-Pong table, smart TV, and plenty of seating. A granite wet bar and mini-fridge make it easy to fix refreshing drinks. Smart TVs with streaming capabilities are provided.



    KITCHEN & DINING



    The sleek kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and roomy French-door fridge. Four can perch at a breakfast bar lit with pendant lights. When your recipes are ready, serve home-cooked meals at a dining table for 10.



    BED & BATH



    Rest easy in the primary suite, outfitted with a smart TV. The en suite primary bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, plus a double vanity and water closet. The fourth bedroom has a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds.

My family stayed two nights here. We liked the clean, spacious space, and beddings. The check-in system was simple and easy. There are some board games and pool table. There are well maintained and dated. But the communication with the host was not pleasant. The response was late, i didn’t get any response for a whole day. I chose this place for a hot tub, but we couldn't use it because it was locked. I asked for the pin numbers of the lock to the owner, and didn’t get response for that even after the time had come to check-out. I was disappointed and embarrassed of my choice. Not sure if I would want to come again…

Five-Star Stay

Our group of six loved our stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. The hot tub was convenient, hot, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies. The garage was big enough for two vehicles, but we only parked on one side since the weather was nice and snow wasn't going to be issue (unfortunately!). One couple in our group thought the bed in one of the bedroom was a little soft, but they preferred firm beds (subjective). The only other area for improvement was the living room furniture didn't provide a lot to support (again, subjective). Otherwise, the house was great and we'd definitely stay there again.

I was very impressed at how clean this place was. We felt very much at home and it was located within 15 minutes of the Lake and restaurants. The temperature outside was high 70's/low 80's and it still felt cool inside even thought there was no AC. It was very spacious and I loved that the downstairs felt like it's own little separate place. I would definitely come back and stay at this place.

Fantastic Ski Group House

Stunning property inside and out. Kitchen looks newly remodeled and has a open plan to the dining/living area, great for a group feel. Pool/ping pong table are a fun addition for more entertainment. Natural gas grill is also a fantastic feature, always annoying getting a rental that runs out of propane. Garage is large and easily fit our 2 trucks. Only thing I would change is the hot tub could definitely be larger for the size of home, it's a bit of a squeeze for anything over 4 people, which is small for a house that sleeps 10 easily.

Great place in South Lake

We loved everything about this house, we stayed here 3 nights with all of our family. 6 adults and 5 children. Each couple had their own room and all the kids slept in the room with bunk beds. The house was very clean and well maintained. Everything you needed was included. The downstairs pool room was awesome, spent many hours playing pool and ping pong then hanging out and relaxing in the hot tub. This house was only like 10-15 minutes from some of the popular beaches and close to the stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend this house. My kids couldn't stop raving about it and did not want to leave.

Cleaning was up to par. They do have hair dryers even though that's not stated in the listing (so don't pack them). Beds were comfortable. Slept 10 adult women quite well. Within 10-25 minutes of all kinds of fun activities.

Playful fun retreat

My wife and I booked two cabins during our stay in Tahoe for our wedding weekend this is one of the two. Upon arrival the house was very clean and organized. Everything worked except for the iron which the property managers were quick to replace. I had stayed in this cabin with all my groomsmen the first night. Played pool, had some drinks, and used the hot tub. The house was very well put together and had a nice open space for all of us. There was some complications with the other cabin such as lock codes not working and confusion about check out dates for which place. Such as the maintenance guy showing up at 8am saying we were supposed to check out when we were booked for five days at that particular cabin. Other than that, the cabins were beautiful and well put together.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and clean. We loved the layout because kids could play pool down stairs while we relaxed up stairs. Love the large dining table and bar. It allowed us to all eat together and play games. The only thing was we could not figure out the dishwasher which was a drag because with our large group there was lots of dishwashing to keep up with. Location is ok about 15-20 mins away from the different activities we did, which isn’t bad at all. Would stay again if I’m the area.
