Located on the second floor of the main lodge, this condo provides easy access to elevators, saunas, the fitness center, the heated lodge pool & hot tub, and underground parking. Lakeland Village Resort boasts an ideal location on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, only a mile from the Heavenly ski area and within walking distance of a variety of dining options, parks, and shopping.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 4 if children are included. It cannot host more than 3 adults. This applies 24/7.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
