Alderwood Serenity boasts an ideal location with beach access, so you won't have to go far for lake fun. Summer activities including water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP boarding, kayaking, and sailboating are among the most popular water activities in the lake. Amazing hikes are also a great option for outdoorsy guests during beautiful sunny days. If you happen to visit during winter, make sure to visit the famous Heavenly Resort for some skiing and snowboarding. A bite to eat will also be easy to find with endless dining options for all ages and tastes. For even more excitement, head just across the state line to a Nevada casino or visit one of South Lake Tahoe's own top-rated bars or nightclubs.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are never cameras inside the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
