Dieses Haus wurde für liebenswürdige Tahoe entworfen und verfügt über vier große Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohnbereich und ein Loft mit Billardtisch und Fernseher mit DVD-Player für Spiel und Spaß für Kinder und Erwachsene. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi im ganzen Haus.

Die maximal zulässige Anzahl von Personen in der Wohnung beträgt: 12 für Familien einschließlich Kinder, 10 für eine Gruppe aller Erwachsenen.

Genießen Sie Schneeschuhwandern, Langlaufen oder bauen Sie im Winter einfach einen Schneemann. Oder unternehmen Sie im Sommer einen entspannten Spaziergang oder spielen Sie eine Partie Discgolf oder Skatepark. Rented this location for a romantic getaway. The place was overkill for just the two of us, but the space and amenities were just what we wanted. Jet tub in the master bedroom was perfect. The host/company was very helpful and responsive. Only complaint would be the bed…very firm. I get that works for some people. Also felt like it was over priced.

Everything was amazing! The house, property managers, and skiing!

The rest of the house is very spacious too, with very large spaces with an open kitchen with a double island. The hot tub was great post-skiing, and the regular maintenance provided by the property management always kept it clean. I can't speak highly enough of how much we enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. Other things to mention: 3 car garage, pool table, snow removal, 3.5 bathrooms, responsible property managers, also did I mention it was huge?What an amazing winter it was too, a record snow year, and no issues whatsoever in the home. Looking forward to next year! Gracias totales!

It accommodated our group of 8 easily, with room to spare. The house was clean, although many (40+) floor tiles were broken when we arrived and were a bit of a hazard for our kids. The grill had a tough time heating up and staying at a high temperature. Outside of that, we truly enjoyed the property.

Feet and socks were black our first day. We mopped several times and the tile was still dirty. Window cranks didn't work and only a few windows would open. It was very hot week and no air or ability to open the windows was not fun. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable so bring your own.Fridge wouldn't stay closed and the BBQ would not heat up past 250 degrees. But other than that the home was very nice and centrally located.

It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every single appliance you can imagine. We made ourselves right at home and cooked daily meals for breakfast and dinner. We found the sink in the master bathroom leaking water our first morning, and Stu sent someone over to the house immediately to fix the problem while we were out snowboarding. It was excellent customer service, and communication was great from the beginning of the trip to the end of the trip. If you're planning to board/ski at Heavenly, the location can't be beat. We enjoyed the house immensely, and it met all of our expectations. Great house for a big group as you won't feel crowded at all. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom, and there is a powder room next to the laundry room. Although the house faces the road, it's in a fairly quiet neighborhood and we didn't hear any road noise at all. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it for those who are traveling with small children, groups of friends, or big families.

The features of the home; granite kitchen, knotty pine finishes and tile/carpet were very nice. The only negative I would say about the home is that the furnishings are not what I would expect from a lovely property like this. They beds were reasonably comfortable, but the dressers and cabinets are old, and the finish is coming off the tops of almost all of them. The living room couch was not comfortable, and needed a cleaning. The dining room chair covers were very dirty. (The rest of the home was very clean). The furniture was mismatched and appeared old and tired. Since the layout and features of the home met our needs (pool table, Jacuzzi, etc...) we overlooked the furniture. If the furniture gets updated, this would really be an elegant property. The location is very close to a grocery store and not far from Heavenly ski resort and the casinos. We had 8 people in the house, but had plenty of room to move around. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for members of my daughter's wedding party, and it worked out beautifully. The house is spacious and has plenty to keep people busy with a pool table, DVD player and hot tub. The downstairs living area has an open living room/dining room and large adjacent kitchen, but it's very cozy. The master bedroom is huge and the other bedrooms provide plenty of space. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Tall garage door opening - good to be able to drive into the garage with the roof top box on our SUV and do all packing and unpacking protected from the elements. Would rent it again.

Fun family vacation

Christmas 2020 for our family was found in the great rental! Large and spacious plus close to everything including the slopes!!! We had a great time!

Totally recommend.

The property is beautiful and clean. It was a perfect size for 8 adults and 3 children. I would recommend to stay here the communication with the property was clear and response time was in minutes. Close to the casinos and so many more things to do in the Tahoe area.
