Enjoy family time cooking in the gourmet kitchen or lounging around the fireplace or upstairs game room. Bring the dogs too — this home is pet-friendly.

This home can host 6 adults, 8 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

This home features a fantastic layout for families. Lounge around the wood-burning fireplace in the ground-floor living room and watch a movie on the 55" TV. Run upstairs and play with the plethora of games, books, and more — featuring a miniature foosball game table and poker table!

Cook up a grand meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with soft oak hardwood cabinetry and newly refurbished countertops. A 6-burner gas range, dishwasher, assortment of small appliances (Mr. Coffee, toaster, kettle, blender, air fryer), and a large dining table with seating for 8.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval; additional fee required. No other animals are allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).

No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to protect you from noise complaints.
This home may have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. No indoor surveillance is used.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.
