This pet friendly home features a fully fenced back yard for your furry friends. Enjoy grilling on the back deck or cozying up around the fire pit under the stars. A short drive to the beach in the summer and Heavenly ski resort in the winter. Packed full of charm with custom Tahoe themed tile work thought the kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of fun bear and cabin decor throughout this lovely home! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom has been transformed from ordinary into something truly special.



Important Info

- After you book, we will message you for some additional info. Please check the app often as this is how we prefer to communicate before and during your stay. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement which goes over the local rental laws in more detail as well as our other standard house rules. Thank you!

- Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does NOT have AC. If coming during July or August, it can be in the mid 80s. We do provide fans.

→ This home has an electric fireplace and a forced air furnace so if the power goes out there is no way to heat this home. Something to keep in mind if you are considering renting this home in the Winter. While power outages are not super common, they do happen a few times a year in Tahoe.

After you book with us, we will send you a message with some friendly `get to know you` questions. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign..



Checking In

You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you the day before you arrive. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned and wait a few moments before pushing it open.



Communication

You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.



Pet Rules

- Please remember to pick up dog poop. Bags are provided.

- Do not leave pet unattended unless in a crate (trust us, this is when damage happens).

- Do your best to keep pets off furniture/bedding or there may be a pet hair removal charge.

*You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratch repair.



Vacation Rental Ordinance

We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County`s Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)
