Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, South Jakarta

Das erste Zimmer war etwas laut, aber das Problem wurde sofort gelöst, indem mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde. Sehr schneller und hilfsbereiter Service!

100 % top

Always a pleasure to stay there. Plenty of restaurants around. My preference is Lowey

We only stayed one night here. Everyone was very friendly. Reception area beautifl, also the Bar was super nice, team was very accommodating. I am really in between giving 4 or 5 stars, but it would be a 4.5, here the reasons why: - big stain on the carpet next to the table, my partner and I saw this as the first thing entering the room, so should have seen the person that’s cleaning as well - bedsheets felt very humid, not so nice - food was not bad, but I expected even a little more - ...

Wonderful. We will defenetly come again.

es war alles in ordnung ziemlich sauber
