Adventure is right outside your door! Enjoy the use of four complimentary bikes and hop onto the nearby Van Buren Trail for a scenic ride through Southwest Michigan.



After a day of exploring, come home and unwind in the private hot tub or challenge your group to a game of shuffleboard in the game room. When it's time for the beach, we've got you covered with beach chairs and a cooler for an easy day by the lake.

PARKING: Driveway (1-2 vehicles), free street parking



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 6 people

- No smoking

- No pets

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need additional space for your large group

- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home and a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the front door



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
