„The front of the hotel looks nothing like in the pictures. The front office is in a random room. Half the rooms are tore apart with the furniture outside. My room smelled and had a fist size hole in the bathroom door and a paper towel showed into the main door peep hole. “

„I can't believe you would even work with this hotel. This is a slum hotel. All african american LIVING in this hotel. Children running around. The lobby locked, says to ring bell, bell broke, looking thru window nothing in lobby. No one responded at 3:00 checkin. I will get my money back for this -1 rating from expedia! I never checkin because i couldn't and I would NEVER stay there. There is no telephone or easy to communicate with hotel oe Expedia.“
