„Location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. Some aspects of the property itself could use some work: there was a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the rooms and there was water damage on the bedroom carpet. Lots of outdoor space which was great and the open layout allowed for all in our party to have room to hang out together in one place. “

„cold! They did a great job shopping walmart for sheets, but they are cold and thin. Radiators doent heat up enought. Shower drains slow. I told them to fix it. As well as a gate light. Very steep steps. How tub was just what we needed. Definitely come back, but with a space heater“

„The apartment was very quaint! Bed o was very soft and comfy. Had trouble with the AC on a Saturday night owner was on top of it immediately and had it fixed.“

„Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage and groceries up 3 floors due to no elevator. Parking was an issue due to construction that was currently happening but we never saw any workers. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us when we asked for more than 2 bath towels. Location was ok for our day trips. “

„My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice. “

„The location of this rental is its biggest asset. A 3 min walk to the city hub, with lots of shops and restaurants. But also a 3 min drive to a major grocery store and CSM is just as close. The condo itself is just as advertised; we enjoyed it. We also enjoyed meeting several renters in the same complex.“
