„Great Staff and stay “

„Clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette. However, there were no pots and pans, plates, glasses or utensils in the room. It should be advertised that all that is expected in a kitchenette is not available for free. It's not like people travel with all that and clear expectations should be set. “

„Beds were too high. Dark hallway. Need more rooms for handicapped. “

„The check-in process was smooth, the stagg is friendly. I had an ussue with the fridge (stopped working) and it was taken care of the same day. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and I plan to stay again, the next time I'm traveling to Brookings. “
