„Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning ...

„The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty. ...

„When checking in, the person at the desk took a personal call and had me waiting, then proceeded to struggle to tell me what I actually owed and was speaking to me like I was stupid. He ended up doing a bunch of separate charges on my card, making it decline, which made the check in process more complicated. Our room also had roaches, and when I mentioned it to the front desk at check out, they said that they’d call pest control, and that was it. they didn’t offer anything to me for the honestly ...

„On vrbo site theres a different address than property so my family that drove separately ended up at wrong address calling me, then we had to look up other address. Cups had lipstick stains on them, no washcloths, broken towel racks in bathroom. Bed linen had other people's hairs when pulling back comforter. Overall was an ok place to stay for the night for concert but i probably wouldn't choose the property again. The price seemed very expensive for what we had. “
