„Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.“

Fire inside a nice touch.Its a very minimal house though & maintenance of the property is lacking, flyscreens need updating, falling off several windows, broken & worn out locks on most windows, lighting in the living room isn’t good, extremely bright ceiling lights which don't dim & no light over dining table, several light switches didn’t work!
