„We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.“

„The rooms were great the only thing is when we would ask for towels in the evening we never got any so in the morning we asked again still nothing so my husband had to chase people down for towels so I can take a shower. We were also charged $87 for food we didn’t even order. Staff was nice will stay again We enjoyed our vacation there.“

„This is somewhat of a mixed review. The charm of the box car, the look the feel the uniqueness was wonderful. Would be an awesome place to take a couple grandchildren for a day. We went for an adult birthday trip. Communication was not what I wished for. Was looking for input about things to do and where to eat, I got one suggestion. Sell your community and people will come. Was also looking for my check-in information and did not receive it until 3:50 in the afternoon after I contacted them ...
