„My son and I were in town for a fishing tournament on Kerr Lake. The property was perfect for us. It is definitely off the beaten path, but we loved it. Couldn't use the dock because the water was too high in the lake, but we loved it. “

„We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental. “

„The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. “

„This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful location. The 1st was my husband and I in the winter and it was a perfect cozy weekend. Our 2nd trip was with family and friends for the Lakefest , which the wonderful hosts had informed of us. Everyone had an amazing time with so many lake activities to enjoy!!! „We stayed at Cottage on the Cove the first week of July, 2025. The property was lovely. All the bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Everyone had a blast witht he pingpong table, games and swimming. We had a few very hot days, however Tunnel Creek Winery was 13 minutes away, as well as antique shops, and restaurants. Carols Collectibles in Roxboro is a must visit. Walking through her maze of old artifacts many from well known historical figures is mind boggling. if she is ...

„The stay was great ! When we arrived it was right after the heavy rains that had some flooding that affected the dock access, but receded within a day. The home was is great order. We were informed of everything before arrival and chose to stay anyway ! The place is very nice and cozy, caretakers were very nice and accommodating with all that was happening at the time of our visit. Beautiful sunsets off the dock every evening. We will be back very soon !!“
