„Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit! Es werden 15$ Parkgebühr verrechnet obwohl es zu wenig Parkplätze für alle Gäste gibt. Mussten in einem Parkhaus für 15$ den Tag parken. Es wurde uns eine Gutschrift versprochen. Bett war kaputt, Zimmer sehr laut, Zimmer nicht sauber und Wasser ist nicht im Waschbecken abgelaufen. Sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist sein Geld nicht Wert! Der einzige Vorteil ist die gute Lage zum Hollywood Blvd., allerdings hat man in 30 Min ...

„Nice staff and quiet “

„Für ein 1-2 Jahre altes Hotel, sehr schlechte Zustand: Wir haben 2 Mal hier übernachtet und beide Male (unterschiedliche Zimmer) hat die Heizung/Lüftung nicht funktioniert...wurde allerdings nach Reklamation repariert. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und wurden täglich nicht vollständig sauber gemacht (z.B. alte Haare in der Dusche, dreckige Jogginghose vom früheren Gast am Boden, Mülleimer nicht geleert.....). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cafe/Bar: Zum Frühstück am Weihnachten: ...

„Cindy was and amazing host and answer my questions promptly. The studio is well equipped for quick meals and the bathroom is upscale. All the appointments and finishes are as advertised and would stay again.“

„Hillcrest Bungalow is a lovely property with all the creature comforts. The owner generously provides extremely comfortable beds with soft linens, fluffy white towels, and a beautifully appointed home including the kitchen and outdoor spaces. She even had a holiday tree, decorations and a special Christmas morning drop-off so we felt festive being away from home for the holidays. Wonderful place and stellar host. Thank you!“

„If you only want to stay overnight it is sufficient. I wouldn't recommend it for a real vacation. + Super centrally located. - Needs renovation. Many parts such as the toilet flush are defective. + Kitchen can be used. - Cleanliness was not particularly good. - Receptionists are not very motivated.“
