Gîte fitted out on the ground floor of the owners' house built in 2023. Access is via an external path on the side of the house with lighting. The 60m2 apartment consists of: - a living room with equipped kitchen area (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), living room and lounge area - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) - a shower room/wc (washing machine) The gîte opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a private garden. For your comfort, everything is included: beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, reversible heating, air conditioning included as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi internet connection. Parking. You will stay on the heights of Souraide, between Espelette and St Pée-sur-Nivelle. The cottage is ideally located near hiking trails, 19km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz, 4km from the lake of St Pée-sur-Nivelle (pedal boats, tree climbing, canoeing, zip line) allowing you to discover the different points of interest of the Basque Coast and the hinterland.
